Recommended Feeding Times and Amounts by Age Group

• Stage 2 baby porridge (120g) - Recommended 7–9 months - 70 to 120g per feeding - Feed twice daily (morning/afternoon)

• Stage 3 steamed rice (120g) - Recommended 10–12 months - 100 to 150g per feeding - Feed three times daily (breakfast/lunch/dinner)

• Stage 4 baby rice (120g) - Recommended 13 months and above - 120g or more per feeding - Feed three times daily (breakfast/lunch/dinner)

Baro Mil Easy Preparation Method

1. When water boils, put the baby food container into the pot and warm at an appropriate temperature.
2. Open half the lid of the baby food container and warm for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
