• 240°C direct fire grape seed oil for a rich black bean flavor

Cooking Instructions (for 4 servings)

1. Add 80g of the sauce powder to 1L boiling water, followed by 1 tbsp starch syrup, 250g pork, 270g onions, and 150g vegetables (carrots, zucchini, cabbage). Stir fry quickly over medium heat.
2. Add 430g water, 2 tsp each of sugar and black bean soy sauce, and 1 tbsp cooking wine, then bring to a boil.
3. Add the sauce powder and mix well, simmer for a while and thicken with starch syrup. Add 150g shrimp. Stir fry again.
