How to Use

Simple instructions for Onmi Brown Rice Heat Packs

Microwave 1 minute to heat!

1. If feeling lukewarm to the touch, the pack is ready. Too hot can cause burns.
2. Use microwave ovens only that have rotating plates.
3. If microwaving more than 1 minute, the pack may catch fire.
4. Place on heat-resistant containers or glass before heating.
5. Beware of burns if too hot.

Please follow the instructions carefully. Refunds are not possible for damage due to misuse.

Cold Heat Therapy

Place the heat pack in a ziplock or plastic bag and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Storage Instructions

1. For long-term (over 1 month) non-use, store in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
2. Store in a ziplock bag in the freezer for non-use over 2 weeks during summer.
3. During normal use, keep in a well-ventilated room. Do not store in ziplock in drawers. Keep next to bed or table.

Washing Instructions

1. After removing inner pack, wash only the cover.
2. Use mild detergent to hand wash gently.
3. If machine washing, put in laundry net to prevent deformation.
4. First wash separately to prevent bleeding from natural dye.
5. Avoid dryer use to keep product beautiful for longer.

Please Check Important Points!

• Natural dye may cause subtle color differences.
• Initial product may have slight dye smell which disappears after washing.
• Natural dye sometimes causes faint marks—this natural phenomenon happens on fabric folding areas.
• Unprocessed cotton may show black specks that look like seeds. This is natural and not a defect.
• Do not place heat pack directly on metal trays in microwave; place on glass plate.
• Please wash before use as new fabric contains dust.
