1. Carefully select and store dried seaweed stems.
2. Wash thoroughly several times.
3. Steam deeply for 30 minutes.
4. Dry overnight at low heat in a dehydrator.
5. Stir-fry at low heat in a pan.
6. After cooling the stir-fried seaweed stems, finely powder them.

A. They are not pesticide-free (organic) certified agricultural products but are domestic agricultural products.

We hardly use pesticides in soybean farming.

Q. If I eat Seoritae soybean powder together with other nuts (such as walnuts, almonds), is it excessive intake for one day?

A. Since these two ingredients are different and complementary foods, there should be no problem eating them together.

Q. When is the harvest season for Seoritae soybeans?

A. Seoritae soybeans are harvested every year at the end of November.

Seoritae is named as such because it is harvested when the pods have matured and are ready.

Seoritae grown through direct contract farming arrives and is confirmed safe through pesticide residue testing. It is stored in a refrigerated warehouse and used throughout the year.

Q. How is foreign matter (impurities) removal handled?

A. The grinder we use is made of stainless steel, so almost no foreign matter comes out.

In addition, we use a powerful foreign matter remover equipped with 9 magnets to remove and package all possible foreign matter.

Q. Can a baby 16 months old eat this?

A. Usually, babies over 12 months can eat it. However, it is better to start feeding little by little while checking their condition.

Q. The nutritional information shows sugars; does it contain added sugar?

A. It contains no added sugar or salt at all. The product contains a small amount of natural sugar (7g per 100g). The sweetness comes from the Seritae powder itself.

A. The nutritional values differ between the original ingredient and the Seritae powder. The detailed nutritional values refer to the concentrated Seritae powder. During the steaming and roasting process, fat content decreases and protein content increases compared to the original Seritae.
