Yeompang-style Tteokbokki 4-step cooking method

  1. Water 550ml (based on paper cup 3 and 1/3 cups), Step 1 powder 122g (20cc measuring spoon without the spoon edge 9.5 spoons), rice cake 300g (paper cup 2.5 cups), fish cake 80g, Viennese sausage 1.5 pieces—put these ingredients into the pot and boil.
  2. Once it starts boiling, reduce to medium heat and boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Cabbage 30g (press firmly in one paper cup), green onion 15g (half a paper cup)—add these and reduce heat slightly, then boil for another 4 minutes.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese at the very end of cooking to finish.
