   Remove the outer cover regularly and wash it. For the filling, air it in a well-ventilated shaded area.

Due to the nature of the bedding manufacturing process, some natural fabric irregularities may appear. The products are thoroughly inspected before shipping, and exchanges or refunds due to these fabric characteristics are not accepted.

LAUNDRY Care Guide

Please check the following precautions to prevent damage when washing bedding products:

1. Upon receiving the product, please check for defects or incorrect delivery. Exchanges or refunds are not possible if the product has been used or washed.
2. Excessive use of detergent can cause color fading, fabric deformation, and product damage. Use only the appropriate amount of detergent.
3. Leaving the product soaking too long or drying it in a wrung-out state can cause color fading or damage. Avoid using bleach or whitening agents as they may damage the product.
4. For large bedding items, a top-loading washing machine is recommended over a drum washing machine, and a smaller washing machine option is preferred as large machines may cause fabric tearing or damage. If needed, consider using a professional laundry service.
5. Warm water use can cause shrinkage. Always wash in cold water for best results.
6. For items with removable covers, separate the covers and close zippers before washing. For items with fillings like buckwheat hulls, separate the fillings and dry the covers separately. Wash only the inner fill after drying thoroughly.
