How long is the shelf life?

The shelf life of room temperature products is 5 months from the manufacturing date. (Products are not shipped immediately after manufacturing. Older products are shipped first due to the first-in-first-out system.) Please be aware of this when purchasing.
What additional processes are applied compared to refrigerated products?

The sterilization method differs from refrigerated products. Room temperature baby food raises sterilization temperature and time to better control microorganisms. Therefore, it can be stored at room temperature and has significantly longer shelf life (about 5 months from manufacturing) than refrigerated products. This change is in the treatment method, not the product itself.
Is there any difference in nutrition or safety compared to refrigerated products?

Since sterilization temperature and time increase, heat-sensitive nutrients may be reduced. However, increased control of harmful bacteria improves safety compared to refrigerated products. Room temperature food can be stored outside refrigeration, recommended for long trips or those unable to refrigerate.
How is freshness maintained without preservatives?

By completely sealing and sterilizing the product container with high temperature and pressure, bacterial growth is prevented to maintain freshness. The container and lid’s air permeability are minimized to prevent microbial growth, preserving freshness even without refrigeration.
