HOW TO USE

BARI Organic Rice Porridge Usage Method

BARI organic rice porridge requires boiling before feeding.

Note: The instructions below are guidelines; adjust the amount of water according to your baby’s preference.

Please add ingredients gradually.

BARI Organic Baby Rice Porridge Cooking Method

Early Stage (4-6 months)

1. Mix 1 spoon of rice porridge with 150-190ml of water or milk.
2. Boil gently and cook slowly with low heat until soft.
3. Optionally, add cooked vegetables or broth for added nutrients and flavor.
4. Feed at a safe, warm temperature.

Middle Stage (7-9 months)

1. Mix 1 spoon of rice porridge with 150-190ml of water/milk/broth.
2. Boil gently, stirring frequently, cooking until soft and creamy.
3. Optionally, add finely chopped or mashed vegetables and meat.
4. Feed at a safe, warm temperature.

Late Stage (10-12 months)

1. Mix 1 spoon of rice porridge with 50-190ml of water/milk/broth.
2. Boil gently, stirring often, until the texture becomes thicker and grain size about 1/4.
3. Optionally, add finely chopped vegetables, meat, or egg yolk for balanced nutrition.
4. Feed at a safe, warm temperature.
