Konjac Shortcut Kimbap
- Julienne carrot and cucumber.
- Stir-fry carrot in an oiled pan with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Beat eggs, pour into pan and cook on low heat, then julienne thinly after cooling.
- Microwave chicken breast, then slice thinly.
- Microwave konjac rice, then mix with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
- Spread seaweed sheet on surface, spread seasoned rice evenly, then place prepared ingredients (eggs, cucumber, chicken breast, radish, burdock, carrot) lengthwise and roll tight. Slice bite-sized pieces to finish.
