AS Service Guide

gbedding is capable of AS repair as we have our own production facilities.

• If the product is repairable, only the shipping cost is borne by the customer; the repair cost is covered free of charge.
• Repair takes at least 5 to 7 days (excluding holidays and weekends), subject to factory conditions and courier circumstances.
• If product damage is severe due to customer negligence, additional costs may apply. We will inform you whether repair is possible.
• For bedding products, even if AS repair is performed, some external marks may appear depending on the degree of repair.

Please follow the precautions below when washing this product.

To prevent damage to bedding, use an 18 kg capacity washing machine. Use separate washing, cold water washing, hand washing, wool course, do not use dryer, and use neutral detergent as recommended.

Precautions before washing:

• Washing results may vary depending on the material. For difficult washing, please consult a professional laundry.
• Avoid using excessive detergent as it may cause partial discoloration or product damage.
• Avoid detergents containing soda, bleach, bleach surfactants, or foam drying agents as they may cause color changes or damage.
• Undeclared detergents may result in damage that is not covered by consumer protection law. Always perform a small test wash before actual washing.

Washing Methods by Type

1. Thick blankets or padded bedding

   • Wash separately on wool course with cold water due to large volume that requires careful washing.
   • Use suitable detergent amount. Avoid using dryers as they can cause damage such as loss of softness or shrinkage, making repair difficult.

2. Thin quilts, hole blankets, pads, carpets, mattress covers, duvet covers, towels, and similar bedding

   • Wash separately on wool course with cold water and appropriate detergent.
   • For products with thick batting, turn inside out to reduce damage during washing.
   • For pads and filtering blankets, reduce washing to preserve thickness and structure.
   • Close zippers before washing.

3. Pillow covers, cushion covers, small bedding accessories

   • Wash separately on wool course with cold water and appropriate detergent.
   • Due to small volume, washing is recommended.
   • Tie zippers and cords before washing.

4. Other bedding fillings

   • Bedding fillings and feather products generally do not require wet washing. Proper sun drying is adequate for maintenance.
   • If stained, partial washing is possible. If feathers have a bad odor, wash feathers separately after rinsing them thoroughly.

1. Natural fibers such as cotton/linen/rayon

   • May shrink after first wash. Avoid machine drying and wash lightly with cold water.
   • For covers, pads, and carpets, anticipate some shrinkage after washing.
   • Pre-washed products go through high-quality rinse process minimizing further shrinkage.

2. Synthetic fibers including microfiber and down alternatives

   • These fibers absorb and hold water making them heavier when wet. Adjust washing machine capacity accordingly and wash separately with cold water.
   • Partial washing is recommended for difficult washing products to extend product life.
   • Dry cleaning possible but avoid excessive machine drying to prevent fiber damage.

3. Microfiber (functional), semi-microfiber, peach skin, and blended synthetic fibers

   • Wash gently in cold water without prolonged soaking.
   • Pre-wet product and wash lightly with cold water for best results.
