   A2: Since Boncho Saenggi Cleanser is a natural product, microorganisms can grow during usage. For safety, use a pump with an airless valve. To replace the pump, press the pump on top gently, then turn it to remove.

   Pump replacement method:

   1. Turn the pump counterclockwise to detach from the bottle.
   2. Place the pump head on the bottle and turn clockwise to lock.
   3. Press the pump head to prime; it is ready to use.

   A3: No. Boncho Saenggi Cleanser is a 2-in-1 cleanser that removes makeup and washes face simultaneously. No need to use additional cleansers.
