White Peony, White Poria, Ginseng, Talcum, White Atractylodes, Licorice, Astragalus, Six-Year-Old Ginseng, Dang Gui, and Tian Gong, mixed in equal ratios. Fresh ginger slices and two dates are added, boiled in water and consumed without concern for time of ingestion.
