  • Alaska: +$70 shipping surcharge

  • Hawaii: +$40 shipping surcharge

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days (longer during peak season).

Return & Exchange Policy

• 2-Year Free Warranty

• Must request returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery by contacting customer service.

• Proof of purchase required.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Only full-priced items are eligible for refund/exchange.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any risk of damage/loss during return transit.

Refund Policy

• Returned products in new, original packaging: 10% restocking fee applies.

• Used or opened products: 20% restocking fee applies.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment method once inspection is completed.
