Washing Instructions and Precautions

General Washing Instructions

• Do not soak in water for a long time or boil. (May cause discoloration)
• Use neutral detergent and wash separately in cold water under 30°C.
• Do not use bleach, oxidizers, or whitening agents. (May cause dust or fluff)
• Using a dryer is not recommended. (May cause shrinkage)
• When using a spinner, spin briefly and gently.
• Direct ironing on the product surface may cause damage due to high temperature.
• Do not use a washing ball. (May cause pilling)

Precautions When Using a Washing Machine

Drum Washing Machine

• Fill the washing drum with water only up to midway. If the water level is too high, the product may float and get damaged. (Press down with your hand to keep the product submerged.)
• Be cautious with open-structure machines as the product may get caught in gaps or cause entanglement during washing.

※ Damage, deformation, shrinking, and other issues caused after washing cannot be refunded or exchanged.
