Using large nets with permits in the upper river, we catch natural mountain native crucian carp about 26-30cm in size.

We only make juice with natural mountain native crucian carp. The fisherman carefully selects and catches fish only from fishing grounds not affected by any nets or unfavorable conditions.

We catch fish in permitted upper river areas where pollution is almost none and the water is rich with oxygen, making the carp lively.
