Simple Construction for Easy Cleaning

The Rollpan consists of three easy-to-clean parts: pan, motor, lid.

Rotate the blade counterclockwise to detach for cleaning.

Do not soak the motor in water to avoid damage.

Tip: Clean the stainless steel shaft separately for best results.

Dishwasher Use Warning

Except motor, glass lid, and rotating blade, dishwasher safe. Be sure to separate motor during dishwasher use as it may cause malfunction.

How to Use Rollpan

1. Insert two AA batteries into the motor.
2. Rotate the fixing pin counterclockwise to loosen. Attach the motor/rotating blade unit into the pan. Ensure correct installation to prevent damage to pan coating.
3. Rotate the fixing pin clockwise to tighten and secure.
4. Place the pan on the gas stove burner center.
5. Put ingredients and rotate the blade hole on lid to fit blade shaft (turn off if overflow from lid hole; recommended for ingredients under 800g).
6. Turn on the rotation switch on top of the motor. Recommended for medium or lower flame.
7. When discarding oil inside the pan, hold the pan and lid handles and tilt to drain oil through the oil drainage hole. Use kitchen gloves as handles may be hot.

Motor and Pan Assembly Caution

• Be sure to attach only when no ingredients are inside the pan.
• Loosen fixing pin gently before assembly.
• Insert motor and blade into pan handle in the illustrated direction.
• Push motor down to align pan handle joint and motor shaft in a straight line.
• Misalignment of parts can cause damage or malfunction.
• Rotate fixing pin clockwise to secure tightly.

Rollpan Cautions

• Rotate fixing pin clockwise to secure tight. Loose fixing pin can damage rotating blade.
• Do not touch hot handles during or after use. Use oven mitts.
• Do not touch rotating blade during operation to avoid injury.
• Do not place pan on floor; floor damage may occur.
• Use appropriate burner size (10cm or less in diameter).
• Always place pan center over burner flame for safety.
• Extremely high flame or rapid flame changes may damage pin.
