Is it okay to use it with a scrub cleansing product?

Using a scrub cleansing product may cause skin irritation due to abrasion. Additionally, brush damage is a concern, so to protect your skin and preserve the product, please avoid using the scrub cleansing product.

Can I use it like washing my hands?

The Point Cleansing product rotates while cleansing. Depending on your skin, the rotation speed can cause irritation, so start with a low setting and allow an adjustment period before increasing. Rather than washing by hand, it is effective to gently massage while rotating. Careful cleansing is more important than strong pressure to protect your skin.

Is it safe to use for a long time?

Long-term use is not recommended. Skin conditions vary, but it is advised not to cleanse any one area for more than 20 seconds. Overall cleansing for about 2-3 minutes is recommended.

Can the head part be washed with hot water?

Washing with high temperature water may cause brush damage and deformation, so high-temperature washing is not recommended. Please wash with lukewarm water, dry completely, and store carefully.

I feel irritation.

Because skin sensitivity varies, people with delicate skin may feel irritation. Before using, please soak the head in lukewarm water and cleanse thoroughly with a cleansing product instead of a scrub. It is recommended to gradually adjust starting from level 1 upon first use.

• Before using the Point Cleansing product, thoroughly rinse with lukewarm water for the first wash, then apply cleansing product adequately before use.
• For softer use, foam the cleansing product on your face first, then use the Point Cleansing.
