Q & A

Q: Can I boil the scrub sponge?

A: We recommend not boiling it. If you want to disinfect the sponge, soak it in a mixture of baking soda, vinegar, and water at a 1:1:1 ratio for 20 minutes, then wash and dry it in sunlight. If contamination is severe, replacement is recommended.

Q: How often should I replace the sponge?

A: Depending on usage frequency and contamination level, it’s recommended to replace after 2 to 4 weeks.

Q: I am worried about scratches from the abrasive non-woven side. Is it safe for all dishes?

A: The abrasiveness of the non-woven side ranks as Mint < Purple < Orange < Navy. Mint, being the least abrasive, offers scratch protection suitable for all dishes. However, for delicate dishware like fine china or crystal, we recommend using the sponge cotton side. Before using the abrasive side, check carefully for contamination.
