• Dissolve a neutral detergent in water when washing and wash gently inside with a soft brush or cloth.
• After cooking, as the product may be hot, use heat-resistant gloves or protective gloves to remove the product.
• Be careful as knives, forks, or sharp objects may damage the product if scratched.
• Do not place the product directly on fire or next to fire due to risk of deformation or fire.
• Remove moisture immediately after washing and store in a well-ventilated dry place.
• Do not use for purposes other than intended.
• Be cautious as the product may tear if handled roughly.
• Color may change if exposed to strongly colored foods.

Scratches

Due to the nature of silicone packaging or the firing process, fine scratches or marks may appear.

Indentation Marks

Indentation marks can occur during the pressing process when silicone is placed into shaped molds.

Spots/Color Stains

Color stains are caused by pigment residue on silicone and are harmless to humans. You may use the product with confidence.

Odor

Premium white pigment reduces silicone odors; however, there may be individual differences. Please consider this before purchase.

Cable Tie

Damage may occur when removing cable ties fixed to the silicone sleeve. Please be careful not to let sharp objects touch the product during removal. Damage to the product caused by customer negligence due to cable tie removal is not eligible for exchange or return.

Precautions

Washing Method

Wash with a sponge using a mild detergent. Since detergent fragrance does not easily wash out of silicone tools, we recommend using fragrance-free detergent.

Odor Removal Method

Use the following mixture in a silicone container to wash, then expose to sunlight and dry to remove odors and residue.

STEP 1

Fill the silicone container with the mixture and soak for more than 4 hours.

How to make the mixture:

1. Vinegar : Water = 1 : 1
2. Sugar : Water = 1 : 2
3. Rice water

STEP 2

Wash with fresh water and then dry outside in the sunlight again for 4 hours. Done!

Sanitizing Method

Put the product (if silicone) into boiling water, sanitize for less than 3 minutes, then dry in a shaded place or wipe dry with a dry cloth to use hygienically.
