1 chicken, 1 potato, 1/2 large green onion, 30g glass noodles, 1 Cheongyang chili pepper, 2/3 cup (150ml) water

Cooking Instructions

1. Put chicken, potatoes, and green onions into boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes letting the heat reduce.
2. Add potatoes and boil with lid on for 15 minutes until tender.
3. Add glass noodles and boil until water reduces and thickens. Add chili and green onions to finish.
