TENCEL MODAL

Tencel Modal

Modal is a fabric material derived from natural cellulose obtained from beech trees. It is a healthy textile material that is gentle on sensitive skin. Modal fibers have excellent moisture absorption and ventilation properties, preventing stuffiness and discomfort. They feel softer and smoother than cotton, maintain shape without piling even after frequent washing, and provide a comfortable softness.

To prevent damage when washing bedding products, please be sure to check the following:

1. Upon receiving the product, be sure to check for defects and incorrect delivery. Exchange or refund is not possible if the product has been used or washed.
2. Excessive use of detergent may cause discoloration, fabric distortion, or product damage, so please use only the recommended amount for washing.
3. Soaking in detergent for a long time or washing/drying when damp can cause color fading. Use of bleach or whitening agents may cause product damage.
4. For washing large bedding, drum-type washers are preferred to agitator washers, as the smaller agitator washers may cause fabric entanglement or tearing. Please use professional laundry services if possible.
5. Using hot water causes shrinkage, so always wash in cold water.
6. For products with detachable parts, only remove the cover and wash it with the zipper closed. Separate and dry filling materials and wash only the cover.

6. For products with detachable covers, separate them and close zippers before washing. For fillings such as buckwheat hulls, remove them and dry in sunlight before washing only the inner layers.

Delivery Information from Habian Deco

1. Products in stock are shipped nationwide within 3-5 days after payment completion. Made-to-order items begin production after order placement and may take additional time; we appreciate your understanding.
2. If the product design requires more time, or if you order based on specific fabric availability or large volume, shipping period may be extended. We will notify you in advance or contact you individually to minimize inconvenience.
3. Order modifications or cancellations are not allowed once the product has been shipped.

Habian Deco Exchange and Return Policy

1. Cancellations are only available if the order status is "unprocessed".
2. Exchanges or returns must be requested by phone or message within 7 days of product receipt. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Customers are responsible for round-trip delivery fees of 6,000 KRW for exchanges or returns due to a change of mind.
4. Exchanges or returns are not possible for products that have been announced as non-returnable, opened, used, washed, or damaged in value.
5. Exchanges or returns are not accepted if product size or design changes were made upon customer's request for made-to-order products.
