Usage Tips

Before going to bed, turn on the mat at the maximum temperature about 15 minutes in advance and cover it with a blanket.
This helps trap heat and warm up the bed faster.

When lying down, adjust the setting to Level 1–3 according to your preference.
Using Level 3 or higher may feel too warm and disturb sleep.

Precautions

1. Not recommended for use on latex or memory foam mattresses.

2. Do not use a dryer.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Products that have been used even once cannot be returned.

• For returns due to change of mind within 7 days of receipt, the product must be unused.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the return to the shipper.

  • The refund amount will be issued after the product is received and inspected, with a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost deducted.

Warranty Information

• The 1-year warranty does not cover return shipping fees.
  Please contact the Ilwoul service team first to confirm shipping costs, which may vary by weight and distance.

• All products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the purchase date, which includes free repair of defects (labor and parts).

• However, damages caused by misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
  Repairs by third parties or unapproved service centers void the warranty.
  Warranty terms may vary by state.

• Within 10 days of delivery, you may exchange or return the product if there is a defect.
  After 10 days, only repairs are covered under the warranty.
  User-caused damage will incur repair and shipping costs.
