Return and Exchange Policy

1. If the product is defective or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of purchase via email at help@vortexenterprise.com.
   Our service team will provide instructions for exchange or refund.
   Issues reported after 7 days will be handled as after-sales service (A/S).

   For after-sales service, a purchase receipt or detailed order information is required.

2. For defective or faulty items, please contact customer service first before proceeding with an exchange or refund.
   Exchanges or refunds cannot be processed directly through the store without prior authorization from customer service.

3. Exchanges or refunds are not available for damages or malfunctions caused by customer negligence or misuse.

4. If the product box or inner packaging has been opened, refunds due to change of mind will incur a 25% restocking fee.
   This option is only available within 7 days of purchase.
