Easy Cooking Instructions
Cold Jeju Buckwheat Noodle cooking method: for 1 serving
- Cook Jeju buckwheat noodles for 7-8 minutes in boiling water and then rinse thoroughly under cold water to remove starch.
- Mix 40g of soup base with 160ml of cold water (using a 200ml cup), add radish kimchi and stir. You can adjust the taste by adding more or less kimchi.
- Drain the cooled noodles well and enjoy by dipping in the soup base.
