• It is recommended to wash using a laundry net. Damage or tearing from washing without a net cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Use washing machines with at least 19 kg capacity. Avoid overloading or harsh washing to prevent damage. Always wash in a commercial laundry with large-capacity washing machines if available.
• Use liquid detergent or fully dissolve powdered detergent in water to avoid damage to the fabric or filling.
• Always wash separately in cold water to prevent color transfer when washing with other items.
• Pigment-dyed products are dyed after sewing, so labels are also dyed. These are new products; please consider this when purchasing.
