How to Cook Soybean Noodle Soup

  1. Boil 500ml of water and cook noodles for 4 minutes.
  2. When boiling, briefly cook dried kelp and black seaweed for 3 seconds and remove before noodles are done.
  3. Pour 200ml of cold water into a bowl and add the broth powder.
  4. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water well, then put noodles into the bowl and mix well for a refreshing finish.
