Q. Water leaks from the shower head

A. If there is a leak from the shower head, tightening the head ring part securely can resolve the leakage issue.

Q. Water leaks between the shower head and hose

A. If you purchase only the shower head and install it, leaks can occur due to the following reasons:

• Wear or damage to the connection part of the shower hose
• The rubber packing accessory of the shower hose is missing from the existing shower head or is damaged
• The rubber packing is not correctly inserted

* For customers purchasing only the shower head:

If you are concerned about leaks when connecting with the currently used hose, we recommend purchasing rubber packing or Teflon tape together as an option.

If leakage persists even after using rubber packing and Teflon tape, we recommend purchasing a new shower hose.

Q. The water pressure seems weaker than when first used

A. If there are foreign substances in the mesh filter, outlet holes, or rubber ring mesh inside the shower head, the water pressure may weaken.

Please unscrew the cap part of the shower head, separate it, check each mesh filter for foreign substances, remove them, and then use again.

Q. Water sprays out in different directions from some of the outlets in the shower

A. This occurs when foreign substances accumulated in the pipe block some outlet holes due to the increase in water pressure.

Please unscrew the cap of the shower head, check if there are foreign substances in the outlets, gently wipe and remove them with a soft brush, then use again.

Q. Water drips even after turning off the shower

A. Depending on the water pressure environment in each household, water accumulated in the shower and hose may naturally flow out.

Please place the shower in the holder in a vertical position so that leftover water can naturally flow down along the handle.
