• Kimchi refrigerators are stocked according to order quantity, so cancellation after order is not possible.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Products that have been used even once cannot be returned.

• Returns due to customer’s change of mind within 7 days of receipt are only accepted for unused items.
  The customer must ship the unused item back to the shipper at their own expense.
  Refunds will be issued after the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item, and the following will be deducted:

  • 20% restocking fee

  • Actual shipping cost incurred during initial delivery

Warranty and Service

• The 1-year warranty does not include shipping costs.
  Before sending your product to the Kiturami Service Center, please contact the service team to confirm shipping costs,
  as they vary depending on weight and distance.

• All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, which includes free repair costs (labor, parts, etc.) for any product defects.

• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, natural disasters, or customer error, as well as disassembly by the customer,
  is not covered under the free service.
  Repairs made by third parties or unauthorized service centers are also not valid.
  (Warranty coverage may vary by state.)

• A 1-year manufacturer’s warranty applies.
  If any issues occur within 10 days of receipt, an exchange or refund is possible.
  After 10 days, free repairs are available only for issues covered under warranty.
  Repairs for customer-caused damage will incur a service fee and shipping costs.
