Recipe

Stir-fried Domestic Dried Bracken

Ingredients: Dried bracken, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, salt

Seasoning: Soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, salt according to taste

1. Soak the dried bracken in water to rehydrate it.
2. Rinse multiple times and drain well after cutting into appropriate sizes.
3. Soak in boiling water for about 5 minutes and drain again.
4. Stir-fry with seasoning until the bracken is tender.
5. Add sesame seeds and stir-fry briefly before serving.
6. If it feels tough, soak again and rinse thoroughly before cooking once more.
