Freeze-drying is a food processing technology where food is quickly frozen and then dehydrated in a vacuum. Though more costly, this method preserves the natural taste, aroma, and nutrients as they are, providing excellent long-term storage. It is considered the most advanced drying technology in food engineering.

Hot Air Drying
This method dries by hot air at high temperatures, which is less costly but changes color and damages taste, aroma, and nutrients. (Easily oxidized)

Storage Method:
Freeze-dried products quickly absorb moisture when exposed to air. Please use immediately after opening or reseal tightly to protect from direct sunlight and store in a dry place. (Refrigeration recommended.)

How to Use Garlic Hanal

1. Add desired amount of Garlic Hanal.
2. Add 1 teaspoon (1 tsp) of water.
3. Crush gently with a spoon.
