Warm Heat Therapy

Please follow these instructions carefully!

1. When you touch it, even if it feels a bit warm, when placed on the body it provides ample heat. Avoid overheating as it may cause irritation.
2. Use only microwave ovens with rotating plates.
3. If microwaved for longer than 1 minute, it may burn. Please be sure to keep microwave time to 1 minute!
4. Place the heat pack on a heat-resistant container or glass surface to microwave.
5. Avoid getting burned by overheating, please be cautious!

Cold Heat Therapy

Put the heat pack into a plastic bag or zipper bag and place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes!

Storage Method

1. If not used for a long period (more than one month), store in a zipper bag and freeze.
2. In summer, if unused for more than 2 weeks, store in zipper bag and freeze.
3. Normally, store in a well-ventilated room. Do not place in zipper bags or drawers, but place beside the bed or on a table.

Washing Method

1. After removing the cover, wash the cover only.
2. Use neutral detergent to hand wash gently.
3. If using a washing machine, use a laundry net to prevent damage.
4. For the first wash, wash separately to avoid color bleeding from the natural dye.
5. Avoid using a dryer to keep it nice and last longer.
