How to Cook

1. Add the contents (tea bag) of this product into 1.5 to 2 liters of water and boil. *You may add garlic or jujubes according to preference.
2. Once the water boils, reduce to medium heat and boil for about 10 minutes, then add cleaned chicken or duck and boil together.
3. Boil thoroughly with the tea bag for about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
4. After cooking, discard the tea bag that absorbed the oil.
