Q. White lint is coming off the towel!

A. Due to the characteristic of the twisted fibers in the towel, lint is reduced with washing and water absorption. If harmless fibers or lint occur, you can remove it by using a dryer. (Please be careful as gas dryers may quickly damage the cotton fibers!)

※ Exchanges and returns are not possible due to lint coming off the towel.

Q. Can the towel be boiled to wash it?

A. Boiling is possible, but strong heat can easily damage the fibers and cause the fabric to become rough. If you boil, please blanch it for about 3 minutes in boiling water.

Hand Towel Washing Method

Washing Instructions

1. This product is for baby skin, so hand washing with water below 30°C (detergent use allowed) is recommended, but machine washing is also possible.
2. When using detergent, measure the detergent amount properly. (This can reduce product fading.)
3. Absorbent products can be boiled washed. (Boiled washing is recommended about twice a month if stains do not come off well or odor is strong.)
4. Waterproof products cannot be boiled washed. (Since waterproof function is reduced, wash with lukewarm water below 30°C.)
5. Use mild, fragrance-free detergents (such as baby detergents or neutral detergents) for washing.
6. Do not use bleach or bleach-based stain removers.

Precautions for Washing by Product Type

• Fleece products: After quickly soaking in lukewarm water, wash gently. Leaving in water for over 6 hours causes bacterial generation and color change, so avoid this.
• All fleece products: Machine washing and boiled washing are possible. However, wrinkle prevention function can be degraded by repeated washing, and the original fabric may shrink or deform.
• Suede products: Detergent clumping can cause loss of absorption, so liquid detergent is recommended. If using powder detergent or softener, coating film may form blocking absorption. If this happens, use fiber softener at rinse stage to resolve.
• Bamboo and Organic Cotton products (certified): Frequent high-temperature washing can damage the softness of the natural fibers and cause stiffness. Avoid excessive washing and wash with lukewarm water below 30°C.
• All products: Machine washing and dryer use are possible. However, drying in a machine dryer may cause fabric shrinkage or function degradation due to the machine's characteristics.

• No responsibility is taken for product issues caused by using uncertified detergents.
• Separate dark and intense colors from other laundry to avoid dye contamination.
• Detergents containing fluorescent brighteners or whitening agents may cause washing or color contamination.
• If pollutants are heavily adhered, thorough washing may not be possible.
• Due to the characteristics of coarse materials, some pilling may occur after washing.
• Due to fiber characteristics, some fabrics may show slight shrinkage after washing.
