Precautions When Using the Slide Handle!

⚠️ Please check the attachment status before use.

When attaching the handle, securely fix it in the pan’s slot!

After securely fixing the handle in the slot of the flying pan, use the lock (LOCK) button to attach it. If it does not fit the slot properly, shaking or detachment may occur.

Always detach the handle while cooking.

Slide handles have a detachable structure for safe movement and storage (gas burner). When using induction or high electric heating, the handle must be detached before use.

The balance of round shapes and the efficiency of squares

When different structures meet, they complete every dish

Punkt 01

No need to transfer the pan, serve directly on the table.

The Izen Berg frying pan is a ‘pan designed for plating’ so that you don’t have to transfer the finished dish from the stove to the plate.

[Image: A dish served directly in a frying pan with a detachable handle at a dining table]

[Image: A frying pan on a stove with pasta cooking inside]

[Image: A frying pan with a detachable handle placed on a table, containing a piece of French toast topped with berries]

Reduces the moment of transferring food.

So the flavor and heat last longer.

The Izen Berg frying pan is both a cooking tool and tableware, perfectly designed to serve directly from stove to table.

Space-Saving Stacking Design

After detaching the removable handles, the pans can be neatly stacked in the cabinet or on the shelf, making management more convenient and allowing the space to feel more open.

Designed with consideration for the outer shape and bottom structure of the pan, the stacking is stable without slipping or misalignment. This enables the pans to be stacked neatly without wobbling and separated easily all at once when taking them out.

Punkt 04

[Image: Three frying pans shown from the top and bottom demonstrating their design and finish]

  • Zero Flipping
  • Maximum Heat Efficiency
  • Die Casting Method

Made with Die Casting Method for Seamless Heat Conduction

"Heat evenly, faster!" The metal is compressed under high pressure to eliminate air layers. From the bottom to the sides, the dense structure transfers heat uniformly, so cooking is even no matter where food is placed.

Durability with Zero Warping – "Strong and Unchanging Even with Intense Heat"

Mr. Eisenberg uses a thick pan base and precise rim structure combined with one-piece die casting manufacturing. This ensures durability against long-term use and rapid temperature changes without warping or distortion.

Punkt 05

Safe Ceramic Coating That Eliminates Harmful Substances to the Body

The Izenberg frying pan uses an inorganic ceramic coating to provide excellent non-stick performance and stable heat conduction simultaneously.

Inorganic Ceramic Coating

Finely distributed micro particles

Using inorganic ceramic coating delivers superior non-stick performance.

  • Surface on which food does not easily stick
  • Maintains smoothness for a long time

The finely distributed ceramic particles create a surface where food does not easily stick and makes cleaning easy even after cooking. It also excludes harmful substances such as PFAS and PFOA, providing a safe cooking environment even in kitchens where the pan is used daily.

Punkt 06

[Image: A frying pan placed upside down on a wooden surface with heat visually depicted radiating evenly from the bottom patterned surface.]

Wide Contact Surface and Heat Diffusion Patterned Flat Bottom

The pattern evenly distributed across the entire bottom prevents heat from concentrating at a specific point and helps the heat naturally spread across the entire pan, allowing food to cook evenly.

[Image: A frying pan on a stove with visual heat flow effects illustrating the pan's bottom structure and heat diffusion. Labels indicate the bottom structure, ceramic coating layer, base coating layer, and aluminum body with excellent heat conduction.]

Bottom Structure Designed for Close Contact with the Heat Source

The bottom surface is designed wide and stable to increase close contact with various heat sources including induction, reducing unnecessary heat loss.

Punkt 07

[Image: A stack of pastel-colored plates and a beige frying pan with a black detachable handle placed on a light round table. There is a beige vase with dried branches on the table.]

Depending on the dish, the pan also changes

With two types of pans of the same outer diameter but different heights, cooking conditions and storage space remain unchanged while your cooking options become more diverse.

[Image: Four beige pans with different dishes: grilled steak with asparagus, fried rice with a sunny-side-up egg, pasta with creamy sauce, and a rice cake dish in red sauce placed on a wooden table.]

Changing the dish is not about ingredients, but the depth of the pan.

  • Low pan (Flache Pfanne)
  • Wide and shallow structure where fire and ingredients meet quickly.
  • Most suitable for dishes that require spreading ingredients widely like pasta, stir-fry, or pan-frying.
  • Deep pan (Tiefe Pfanne)
  • Generous depth to hold plenty of ingredients.
  • Suitable for soups, stews, risotto, or dishes like stew that require maintaining moisture and slow cooking for stable results.

[Image: Side view comparison showing the height difference between a deep pan (left) and a low pan (right) placed on a wooden surface.]

Height comparison of deep and low pans

Multi-cooker Usable on Various Heat Sources

Designed to be used stably on various heat sources, from gas stoves to induction cooktops.

No need to change pans even if the kitchen changes.

Start on the stove, move to the oven, and then to the dining table. Designed for seamless heat source compatibility without interrupting the cooking flow.

Punkt 09

[Image: A person rinsing a ceramic pan under running water in a sink]

Ceramic Clean Coating Easily Rinsed with Water

After use, you can maintain a clean condition simply by lightly rinsing with water without harsh scrubbing or rubbing.

[Image: A person wiping a ceramic pan clean with a tissue on a wooden table]

Because oil does not soak in and stays on the surface,

the inside of the pan remains clean even after cooking.

Therefore, you don’t have to exert unnecessary effort when washing the dishes every time.

Precautions for Use

Please take care when using the Izenberg ceramic-coated frying pan made with aluminum die-casting technology!

Prohibited: Prolonged Heating

If you heat the pan for a long time while it contains ingredients, the coating durability may be reduced.

Prohibited: Use of Metal Cooking Utensils

If you use metal spatulas, forks, knives, etc., scratches and damage may occur on the ceramic coating.

Prohibited: Use of Metal Scrubbers

Using metal scrubbers or rough scrubbers may damage the ceramic coating. Please wipe with a soft sponge.

For safe and healthy use, please be sure to follow the above precautions.
