Cut the green onions into 2cm pieces and the Cheongyang chili peppers into 0.5cm pieces.

In a mixing bowl, add the cockle meat, green onions, chili peppers, and the provided sauce (special soy sauce, perilla oil, sesame seeds, red pepper powder).

Gently mix the ingredients together.

Put three-quarters of the mixed seasoning into a round plate and spread it evenly over half of the plate.

Leave one-quarter of the seasoned cockle mixture in the bowl, add one bowl of rice (about 230g), and mix together.
