Thick Seaweed Harvested for Only About 30 Days

Thick seaweed is harvested in a form where each sheet is as thick as folded seaweed layers, giving it a sturdy texture. It is particularly rare due to limited production conditions. Compared to normal seaweed, its thickness creates a chewier and more consistent texture with excellent flavor, offering a richer eating experience.

What is Gopchang Gim?

The origin of Gim is said to resemble gopchang (beef tripe) because of its rolled shape. It is especially rare because fresh raw seaweed production is limited.
