Shipping Schedule

Orders placed by 11:59 AM on weekdays ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next weekday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays ship the following Monday (excluding holidays and weekends: 1 business day + 1 day for courier delivery).

Shipping Method

Separate product orders will ship individually. Combined shipping available with yogurt orders using box delivery (ice pack / box included).

• Chocolate clusters may melt in warm conditions, so refrigerate in summer.

• This product is manufactured in factories that process allergens like allergens from wheat, peanuts, milk, eggs, crustaceans, and walnuts.

Exchange/Return Policy

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective products or errors made by the seller.
• Exchanges or returns due to customer’s change of mind are not accepted.
• If a defect is confirmed, a free exchange for the same product will be made or a refund will be processed.
• Defects discovered after using the product or damage due to shipping are handled accordingly.
