   A. The low price granola has a distinct quality difference from our product. We use only premium ingredients such as organic barley (oatmeal), non-GMO grains, and organic brown rice bran. Instead of refined sugar, we use natural sweeteners like brown rice syrup and 100% pure maple syrup without additives.

2. Q. What is the product shelf life?

   A. The granola shelf life is 10 months from the manufacturing date, and the expiry date is printed on each package.

3. Q. How should I store the granola?

   A. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Products containing chocolate may melt in the summer, so refrigeration is recommended.

4. Q. What should I do if I find foreign substances or contamination in the granola?

   A. Occasionally, small amounts of natural ingredients that don’t fully separate may appear. These are not harmful substances. Do not discard affected products unnecessarily.

5. Q. How long does it take to deliver?

   A. Orders confirmed before 12 PM on weekdays ship the same day. Subsequent orders ship one business day later. Delivery delays may occur occasionally, in which case we will notify you separately.

6. Q. What is the exchange/return/refund policy?
