1. How should I consume it?

Pour water up to line (160-230ml) on the back of the pouch, then shake well to mix.

Tastes good even with just water, but if preferred, mix with milk or soy milk for softer and more satisfying taste.

2. Can I eat 3 shakes a day?

Meal It is designed to provide enough nutrients per serving but 3 shakes per day is not recommended due to nutritional balance.

Have 1 or 2 servings Meal It, then regular meals for the rest.

3. Does it contain caffeine?

Coffee flavor contains 83mg caffeine (Americano has about 150mg caffeine per cup).

If sensitive to caffeine, try pistachio, melon, chocolate, banana flavors.

4. How should I store it?

Keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Use soon after opening.
