01 Mackerel & Cutlassfish Stewing Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Ingredients
Ottogi Mackerel & Cutlassfish Stewing Sauce 1 pack, 2 small mackerel (approx. 400g) or 1 cutlassfish (approx. 300g), radish 200g, 1/4 onion (40g), green onion small amount, water 350ml
Tips
Tip 1: Goes well with all stewing fish such as needlefish, needlefish, saury, and cutlassfish.
Tip 2: You can also add dried radish leaves, shredded radish, and crown daisy for even more delicious enjoyment.
Preparation Method
- Put thickly sliced radish (1/5 cm) and water in a pot, cover, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until softened.
- When the radish is halfway cooked, add clean fresh fish and sauce, cover and boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and add sliced onion and green onion, then stew for another 5 minutes to finish.
