Add the makgeolli powder and 750ml of water, close the lid tightly, and shake.

Be sure to close the lid lightly (closing it tightly may cause it to burst), ferment at room temperature 23~28°C for about 48 hours.

During fermentation, open the lid intermittently and shake 2 to 3 times, then close the lid lightly again. After fermentation, store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Day 1
The alcohol concentration is low, similar to a makgeolli (lactic acid bacteria) beverage level.

Day 2-3
The alcohol concentration increases, and it tastes the best.
Refrigeration recommended.

Day 4
Carbonation occurs and the alcohol concentration becomes stronger.
Refrigeration is necessary.
It is recommended to freeze for 30 minutes before consumption.

If the fermentation temperature exceeds 30°C,
acetic acid bacteria become active and it turns to vinegar, so please be cautious.
