Add the makgeolli powder and 750ml of water, close the lid tightly, and shake.

Be sure to close the lid lightly (closing it tightly may cause it to burst), ferment at room temperature 23~28°C for about 48 hours.

During fermentation, open the lid intermittently and shake 2 to 3 times, then close the lid lightly again. After fermentation, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
