Return and Exchange Policy

1. If your product is defective or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of purchase by emailing help@vortexenterprise.com.
   Our service team will guide you through the process for exchange or refund.
   Any issues reported after 7 days will be handled as after-sales service (A/S).

   Please note that a purchase receipt or detailed order information is required for any after-sales service.

2. For defective or faulty products, please contact customer service first before proceeding with an exchange or refund.
   Exchanges or refunds cannot be processed directly through the store without prior contact with customer service.

3. Exchanges or refunds are not available for damages or malfunctions caused by customer misuse or negligence.

4. If the product packaging or inner seal has been opened, refunds due to change of mind will incur a 25% restocking fee.
