Shelf Life

• Refrigerated: 3 days from the date of manufacture

• Frozen: 30 days
  (For refrigerated items, we recommend consuming within 3 days after delivery.)

How to Cook

1. Rinse the thawed octopus and shrimp under running water and pat dry.

2. Add a little cooking oil to a pan and cook the thawed beef tripe over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.

3. Increase to high heat, add vegetables, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.

4. Lower to medium heat, add half of the sauce, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add more sauce to taste.

5. Add the octopus and shrimp and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then switch to high heat.

6. Add 100 ml of water, cook for 2–3 more minutes, then add udon noodles and stir-fry for an additional 1–2 minutes.

Store in the refrigerator or freezer (-18ºC) upon receiving the product.

Thaw in the refrigerator one day before cooking.
