Please check this before use

Due to the material and manufacturing process, the following phenomena may occur.

1. The surface of tableware may feel uneven due to the nature of wheat straw fiber material.
2. Color may be uneven and black (red) spots may be visible. These are characteristics of the product due to mixing organic wheat straw and PP materials during manufacturing.
3. Even for the same color, the color may vary with production lots.
4. Since the product withstands up to 75 degrees Celsius, heat sterilize only for 1 minute to prevent deformation.
5. Initially, the material may have powdery residues, so please wash thoroughly before use.
6. White spots may appear randomly on the surface from mixing process of wheat straw raw material. This is a feature of mixed material, not an inferior product. Please keep this in mind before purchase.
7. Use soft microfibers to prevent scratches.
8. Color may stain when containing easily staining food like kimchi or curry (wash immediately recommended).
9. Color fading may occur from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
10. Avoid microwave or oven use as product deformation may occur.

For Stubborn Stains / Greasy Food Dishwashing

1. Remove grease with kitchen towel
2. Rinse with warm water to the best extent
3. Soak plate in warm water with detergent for 10 minutes
4. Wash again with detergent
