Please check these before use

Due to material and manufacturing characteristics, the following may occur:

1. The plate surface may feel uneven due to wheat fiber texture.
2. Color may not be perfectly uniform, some black/red spots may appear due to mixing organic wheat fiber and PP material.
3. Colors may vary slightly depending on production batch.
4. Heat sterilization should be done only for 1 minute at 75°C to avoid product deformation.
5. Some powder may be present initially due to material characteristics; wash thoroughly before use.
6. White specks may appear randomly during wheat fiber shaping process; these are natural and not defects.
7. Use soft dish detergent to prevent scratches.
8. Color staining may occur with easy staining foods like kimchi or curry; wash promptly.
9. Color fading can occur with prolonged exposure to sunlight.
10. Avoid using in microwave or oven to prevent deformation.

How to wash greasy/oily dishes

1. Remove grease with kitchen towel
2. Rinse with warm water thoroughly
3. Soak plate in warm soapy water for 10 minutes
4. Wash again with detergent
