Serving suggestion with rice and pickled radish

Ingredients: Chao Chai Special Jajang Sauce 150g, onion 2 pieces (about 300g), onion powder 4g (90g), edible oil 6 tbsp (30g)

  1. Slice onion thinly about 2 cm wide and prepare.
  2. Put edible oil in pan, fry onion on medium heat for 1 minute, then add onion powder and sauce, cook for 7 minutes. Add starch slurry (25 ml) and potato starch (5 g), cook for 30 seconds more.
  3. Add pork, stir-fry with sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

Tips for Soft Jajang Sauce

After frying pork, onion and onion powder, add sauce and simmer for 7 minutes, then add starch slurry and potato starch and cook a bit more.
