How to Use

Preparation

1. Wash your hands thoroughly. If there is menstrual flow left on the applicator tip, wipe it off cleanly.
2. Assume a comfortable posture for insertion.

Insertion

1. Hold the tampon with thumb and middle finger and prepare to insert by holding the outer tube near the opening of the vagina.
   Tip: The tampon string is located on the back and inside, so hold it gently when pulling.
2. Insert the narrow end (applicator tip) into the vaginal opening until your fingers touch the body.
   Note: If inserted too shallowly, discomfort may occur.
3. Use your index finger to push the inner tube completely into the outer tube to release the tampon.
   Tip: The tampon applicator model is a push-type and will work smoothly.

Removal

1. Pull the tampon string gently outward and dispose of the used tampon in the trash bin.
   Do not flush tampons down the toilet.
