How to Use

1. Hold the tampon applicator between your thumb and middle finger near the grip ring and prepare for insertion.
   Tip: The grip ring is placed at the base of the applicator for easy hold.
2. Gently insert the applicator using your index and middle fingers until your fingers touch your body. If you feel discomfort, adjust the angle slightly.
3. Push the inner tube of the applicator fully to insert the absorbent tampon inside.
4. After insertion, remove the applicator gently and dispose of it properly.
   Tip: This applicator is a one-time use product.

Pull the tampon string gently to remove the tampon and discard it in the trash bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.
