Conveniently washable with quilted pattern

The tatami uses no pattern to maintain a soft feeling and is quilted to prevent slipping even when washed entirely. The decor pillow is designed to avoid clumping or tearing, making it easy to manage.

Precautions for Use

• Wash separately to prevent color transfer.
• Hand wash recommended with a neutral detergent in cold water below 30°C.
• There is a risk of product damage if using general or duvet washing courses. Use a delicate wash course if using a washing machine.
• To prevent damage like tears caused by washing machine agitation, always place the product in a laundry net and wash separately.
• Damage caused by not using a laundry net is not covered by product or washing machine warranty.
• Do not use detergents containing bleach or acidic agents.
• Avoid hot water, steam cleaning, or drying that may cause product deformation; machine drying with heat is not recommended.
• Damage from user negligence cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Compressed packaging may loosen due to fine holes or shocks, but there is no defect in the product.

Washing Precautions

• Please use a washing machine with a capacity of 20kg or more and a laundry net to wash the product. Using a laundry net prevents quality degradation. Using a small washing machine capacity may cause product damage. Returns/exchanges are not possible for damages caused by improper washing.
• After product receipt, you can wash without detergent using the rinse course on your washing machine, but always wash separately using a neutral detergent and rinse separately.
• Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents as they may damage the product.
• Use minimal fabric softener.
