Machine Washable

Easy and Convenient Full Washing with Quilted Pattern

The mattress pad maintains a firm feeling without any pattern, and even with full washing, the inside does not clump. A quilted pattern was added for this, and the Diopharm quilt was designed so that the filling or fabric does not come apart, making maintenance easy.

Precautions for Use

• Wash separately as it may cause color transfer.
• Hand wash recommended using neutral detergent in water below 30°C.
• There is a risk of product damage when using a regular or wool laundry course. Use the wool course when washing with a washing machine.
• To prevent damage such as tearing from friction during washing, always put the product in a laundry net and wash separately.
• Damage caused by not using a laundry net or machine malfunction is not covered under warranty.
• Avoid detergents containing bleach or acidic substances.
• Avoid boiling, steam washing with high temperatures, and machine drying using heat as they may deform the product.
• Product damage due to user negligence is not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Compressed packaging may loosen due to tiny holes or impact, but there is no problem with the product.
